Shipping and returns

How long does an order take?

Every item is printed after you order. Most orders are printed and handed to the carrier within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery time is on top of that.

Shipping rates

Shipping is a flat rate per order, based on where it is going.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. If you live somewhere else, email pulsarprints3d@gmail.com and we will check whether we can ship to you.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged customs fees, import duties or local taxes by the destination country. These charges are paid by the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Returns and refunds

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email a photo to pulsarprints3d@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We will reprint it or refund you.

Custom figures and personalized items are made to your design, so they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund any time before we start printing. Email us as soon as you can.
